Absolute Best Care is a Search and Consulting Agency and the caregivers you place work directly for the hiring families. As the owner of an agency, you act as the broker; charging a registration and placement fee based on the gross salary of the caregiver. The registration fee ensures that you only are dealing with serious inquiries. Weekly payroll and liability for the nanny is the responsibility of the hiring family, not Absolute Best Care. Average placement fees typically range from $4,000-$6,000 per placement for full-time Nannies or Housekeepers. You will be placing Four Core Services: Nannies, Baby Nurses, Housekeepers and Babysitters, full-time, part-time, live-in and live-out. These services will add to a potentially robust monthly revenue stream. Placing domestic help is not only rewarding; it is one of the most profitable industries today!

You will be trained in all areas of the business including how to locate Caregivers and how to tap into local markets of families who want to employ them. You will be using state-of-the-art proprietary software to help you effortlessly match candidates to your clients. Our training will cover our 5-Step Interviewing and Screening methodology, reference checks, background checks and all the processes and procedures that are documented in our confidential Operations Manual. We have professional marketing materials and professional ads that will be provided to each franchisee.

Training: The training includes a full one week training program at our corporate offices. The training is currently performed and operated by Monique Moskowitz, one of the founders of Absolute Best Care. Training is very extensive and covers all aspects of the business from sourcing and placing in home domestic care such as Nannies, Baby Nurses, Housekeepers, and Babysitters. It covers the most efficient ways to market your services and run your business. The training also covers the operation of our proprietary, state of the art matching and placing Agency software known as Nanny Smart Search. Our training includes a 200 page Operational Manual written by Michael Seid Associates. One of the most important parts of the training is our FSP (Fast Start Program). This enables our franchisees to hit the ground running and launch and execute their business in a very effective and efficient timeframe.
